November 17, 2025 – December 5th, 2025: Entry deadline. Nominations must be received and posted by this date.

Monday, December 15, 2025: Three finalists and their photos will be announced on Hirschi Roofing’s website & Facebook page, as well as radio stations Sunny 101.5 and 95.9 The Hawk.

Promotion Description:

Grand Prize: Hirschi Roofing will be donating 1 free roof replacements to a family or individual in need. Approximate retail value: $10,000, including labor and materials each.

How to Win:

Nominations: Participants may nominate themselves or others via an online submission to the Hirschi Roofing website, Sunny 101.5’s website and 95.9 The Hawk’s website, and include their name along with a brief description of 100 words or less as to why they are deserving of a new roof. Participants may also drop off their submissions at the offices of Hirschi Roofing.

Winner Selection: Hirschi Roofing will narrow the nominations to three finalists, who will be promoted on the company’s Facebook page. The nominee in each category who receives the most number of “likes” will be declared the winner.

Rules: A list of official rules will be posted on Hirschi Roofing’s, Sunny 101.5 and 95.5 The Hawk’s website. All promotion participants will be held harmless in connection with any liability stemming from this promotion.

OFFICIAL RULES

1. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
2. Contest begins November 17, 2025 and ends December 5, 2025.
3. The prize consists of a new roof replacement, to be performed by Hirschi Roofing. Approximate retail value of the prize is $10,000. Prize may not be transferable or substituted for cash. Local, state, or federal taxes will be the responsibility of the winner.
4. To enter, go to Sunny 101.5, 95.9 the Hawk or Hirschi Roofing’s website and describe in 100 words or less why you and your family (or why a friend’s family) deserve to have a new roof installed on your or their home. Or, submit an entry form in person along with a
photo of the house and send it to Hirschi Roofing. Entrants certify that they or the person they are nominating is at least 18 years old and is the homeowner at the property that is being considered for this promotion. Deadline for entries is December 5, 2025.
5. Nominees may be selected for an in-home inspection by Hirschi Roofing (at the company’s expense) prior to the announcement of finalists to determine if the nominee’s home presents any potential structural problems, deficiencies or hazards that would require additional out-of-pocket expenses by Hirschi Roofing or its suppliers that would exceed the maximum value of the prize.
6. Finalists will be selected by Hirschi Roofing, based on originality, creativity, and personal circumstances. The determination of finalists is solely in the judgment of Hirschi Roofing.
7. Winner will be determined through voting on the Facebook page of Hirschi Roofing. One vote per Facebook member permitted for the duration of the promotion. Voting ends December 20, 2025.
8. Winner will be announced live on-air on Sunny 101.5 and 95.9 The Hawk on or about December 22, 2025. Winner’s name will be available upon request by contacting Hirschi Roofing after December 23, 2025.
9. Employees of Canyon Media, Hirschi Roofing, co-sponsors, their families and agencies are not eligible. Winner agrees to hold harmless Hirschi Roofing, its co-sponsors, and Canyon Media from any liability or inconvenience in relation to any aspect of this
promotion, in perpetuity, and will sign a release form before work is to begin on their
home.
10. Winner agrees to have his or her home available for roofing construction work at a time acceptable to Hirschi Roofing, and must agree to have the project completed by June 30, 2026, or another date acceptable to Hirschi Roofing. Winner agrees to abide by all
standard customer requirements set forth by Hirschi Roofing.
11. Winner agrees to have his or her likeness, voice, and image used for promotional purposes by Hirschi Roofing, its co-sponsors, Canyon Media and their agencies, without compensation.
12. All entrants agree to receive mail and email correspondence from Hirschi Roofing, with regards to home improvement projects, and they will be given an opportunity to opt out of receiving such correspondence.
13. All information provided in the online entry will be shared with Hirschi Roofing for promotional and for choosing qualifiers and contacting the winner.
14. None of the nominee’s information will be used for solicitation, but solely to determine eligibility and to contact them about the prize.
